Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
AutomateQuick (“we”, “us”) runs automatequick.com from Sydney, Australia. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. It is written to meet the EU and UK GDPR, the Australian Privacy Principles, US state privacy laws (including the CCPA/CPRA) and Canada’s PIPEDA.
What we collect
- Contact form details (name, email, message) when you contact us.
- Purchase details when you buy a template: name, email, billing country, product and amount. Card details go directly to Stripe and we never see them.
- Setup service order details if you order our “We set it up for you” service. Before payment we save a draft with: the setup and automations you pick, and your business name, country, timezone, industry, tools, preferred platform, Make team link, website, booking link, Google review link, phone number for missed calls, how your phone works today, opening hours, message tone and any notes you add. The draft has no email address, no name and no IP address. Phone numbers and notes can be personal information, so please don’t put passwords or card details in them.
- Your email address for a setup order comes from Stripe when you pay. After payment, the draft moves into your order record.
- Help chat messages if you use our help chat.
- Usage data through Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that uses no cookies and does not track you across sites: pages viewed, referrer, browser, device type and approximate country.
How we use it, and our legal basis
- To deliver the template you bought and send your receipt (performing our contract with you).
- To process payments, deliver downloads, handle refunds and meet tax obligations (contract and legal obligation).
- To email you what you ordered or asked for: your download links and receipt, re-download links, setup service messages and handover, and replies to your messages (performing our contract with you, or your request).
- To build the automations you ordered through our setup service, using your intake details and the account access you give us (performing our contract with you).
- To answer your questions and improve the site (legitimate interests).
We never sell your personal information, and we don’t send marketing emails. We only email you about your purchase (the download link and receipt) or in reply to your messages.
Setup orders before payment
- If you don’t pay, we delete the draft 48 hours after you started it. We check for expired drafts every hour.
- While you fill in the form, we use one strictly necessary cookie (
aq_sd) that holds only a random draft id and expires within 48 hours. Text you haven’t saved yet stays in your browser tab and is cleared when you save, pay or close the tab. - We don’t email you about an unfinished order.
Setup service: access to your accounts
- To build your automations, you invite support@automatequick.com as a team member to your own Make account and connect your own Twilio and Google accounts. We only ask for the access the setup needs, at the lowest workable role.
- We never take your passwords. If anyone claiming to be us asks for one, don’t send it.
- Our access is removed once you remove us. We’ll ask you in the handover email and remind you again 7 days later.
Your customers’ data
When our setup service touches data about your own customers (for example, names or phone numbers in your Make, Twilio or Google accounts), you are the controller of that data and we act only as your processor. We process it only to build and test your automation, on your instructions, and for no other purpose.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers that process data for us: Resend (email delivery), Stripe and Stripe Tax (payments and tax), Railway (hosting) and Cloudflare (analytics). Some are outside your country. Where required, transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Help chat logs: 30 days.
- Contact messages: 24 months.
- Order records: 7 years, for tax law.
- Unpaid setup order drafts: 48 hours.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. California residents can also ask what we collect and opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither). To make a request, use our contact form. We’ll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local regulator, such as the OAIC in Australia, the ICO in the UK or your EU supervisory authority.
