These terms apply to your use of automatequick.com, run by AutomateQuick, Sydney, Australia. By using the site you agree to them.
Guides are general information
Our guides, tools and templates are general information to help you set up automations yourself. They aren’t legal, tax, financial or professional advice. You’re responsible for how you set up and use any automation, including following the anti-spam, privacy and consumer laws where you and your customers are, such as the Spam Act 2003 (Australia), CAN-SPAM and the TCPA (US), PECR and GDPR (UK and EU), and CASL (Canada). Only message people who have agreed to hear from you, and always include a way to opt out.
Third-party tools
Guides refer to tools we don’t own or control, like Zapier, Make, Stripe and Shopify. Their features, prices and terms can change, and your use of them is under their terms. Some links are affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure).
Templates and licence
When you buy or download a template, you get a non-exclusive licence to use and adapt it for your own business and your clients’ businesses. You may not resell, share or publish the template files themselves.
Payments and tax
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. For template packs, Stripe, who sells the template packs on our behalf, may add sales tax, VAT or GST at checkout based on your location. Setup service prices are the full price shown.
Refunds
Because templates are digital downloads delivered instantly, we don’t usually offer refunds for change of mind. If a template is faulty, doesn’t match its description or can’t be downloaded, contact us within 30 days and we’ll fix it, replace it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, EU or UK consumer law, or other laws that can’t be excluded. EU and UK buyers agree at checkout that delivery starts immediately and acknowledge that this ends the 14-day withdrawal right.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no scraping at scale, attempts to break security, or use of our content to send unsolicited messages.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or penalties arising from automations you set up using our content. Where our liability can’t be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the product or refunding what you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms, and the date at the top will show when.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without removing protections you have under the laws of your own country.

Our “We set it up for you” service has its own terms: Setup Service Terms. AutomateQuick is the seller; Stripe processes the payment. The price shown is the full price you pay. In short: full refund if we can’t deliver, plus a 14-day fix-or-refund after delivery.
