“We Set It Up For You” Service Terms

Last updated: 29 October 2026

Setup is not on sale right now. These terms apply to orders already placed and will apply when setup reopens.

These terms cover AutomateQuick’s done-for-you setup service, sold at www.automatequick.com. They sit alongside our general Terms and Privacy Policy. If they conflict, these terms apply to the setup service.

1. What you’re buying

TierPrice (USD)What we build
1 automationUS$299One automation of your choice
3 automationsUS$599Three automations of your choice
All 5 automationsUS$999Every automation we offer for setup

We build the automations inside your own Make account (in Make’s EU zone, eu1.make.com), connected to your own Twilio, Google and other accounts. Everything happens by email through support@automatequick.com. There are no calls.

AutomateQuick is the seller; Stripe processes the payment. Prices are in US dollars and the price shown is the full price you pay. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees.

2. How it works

  1. Pay at checkout.
  2. Fill in the intake form with your business details.
  3. Give us access. Invite support@automatequick.com to your Make account as a team member, using the lowest role that lets us build. Connect your own Twilio and Google accounts by following our step-by-step guides.
  4. We build and test it in your Make account, then email you a short handover note with how to switch it on.
  5. Remove our access once you’re happy. We’ll remind you.

We will never ask for your passwords. If anyone claiming to be us asks for one, don’t send it, and tell us.

3. Delivery time

We aim to deliver about 3 working days after we have both a complete intake form and working access. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in New South Wales, Australia. The clock pauses while we’re waiting for you, for example for missing details or access that doesn’t work.

If we can’t access your Make team within 3 days of paying, we’ll email you on day 1 and day 2, then cancel and refund you in full on day 3.

4. Your costs and responsibilities

5. SMS, email and review rules: your responsibility

Your automations send messages in your business’s name, so you’re the sender under the law. That includes:

You’re responsible for collecting and recording consent, and for making sure STOP and unsubscribe requests are honoured. Every text we set up includes opt-out wording (“Reply STOP to opt out”) and relies on Twilio’s built-in opt-out handling, which blocks further texts to anyone who replies STOP. Every email we set up includes an unsubscribe link. You must keep these switched on and honour any opt-outs that reach you another way.

Google reviews: Google’s policies ban offering incentives (discounts, gifts, entries in prize draws) for reviews, and ban asking only happy customers to leave one (review gating). Our review-request automation asks every customer equally, and you must not add incentives to it.

We can refuse or stop work that we reasonably believe would break these rules.

6. No guaranteed results

We guarantee the automations will work as described when we deliver them. We don’t guarantee any amount of revenue, bookings, recovered calls or reviews, because those depend on your customers, your business and third-party services.

7. Refunds

You’ll always get back the full amount you paid. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

Australian Consumer Law: our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled: to cancel your service contract with us; and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

8. Cancelling (UK and EU customers, and anyone else who wants to)

If you’re a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason.

Every buyer chooses whether we start straight away by ticking the required “start now” box at checkout. For UK and EU consumers, ticking it means you request that we start within the 14-day cancellation period and confirm you understand that:

Your 14-day statutory cancellation right still applies where the law gives it (UK/EU consumers).

To cancel, email support@automatequick.com with your order email and “Cancel” in the subject. Any refund is made within 14 days of your cancellation.

Customers elsewhere can also cancel before we start work for a full refund.

9. Your data and our access

10. Liability

So far as the law allows, our total liability for this service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or outages, price changes or rule changes at Make, Twilio, Google, Stripe or carriers. None of this limits the consumer guarantees in section 7 or any other rights that can’t be excluded by law.
